SearchByNear is a global directory platform that allows users to create, list, search, and claim profiles for businesses, professionals, government offices, and individuals. The Service is available free to all users.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
  • One person may not maintain more than one account
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. Profile Listings

  • Anyone may list a profile for a real person, business, or organization
  • Listed profiles must represent real, existing entities
  • The person or entity listed may claim and manage their own profile via OTP verification
  • You may not list profiles with false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Adult content, hate speech, or illegal content is strictly prohibited

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Post false, defamatory, or misleading information
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data without permission
  • Use the Service for spam or unsolicited communications
  • Attempt to bypass security or access controls
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Post content that infringes intellectual property rights

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant SearchByNear a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.

7. Advertising

SearchByNear displays third-party advertisements via Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content of these advertisements. Clicking ads may take you to third-party websites governed by their own terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listed information. SearchByNear is a directory only — we do not endorse any listed business or professional.

9. Limitation of Liability

SearchByNear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
